Schedule of Classes

FALL CLASS TIMES:

Monday-730; 830; 930am then 4:30; 5:30; 6:30PM
Tuesday- 830 and 930am then 5:30pm
Wednesday- 730; 830; and 930am then 4 and 5pm
Thursday 830; 930am then 5 and 6pm
Friday: 830am  Closed in evening

Saturday class: 9am

Dominance program: reserved for Saturdays from 10am-11:30am by appointment only

Sunday: closed

Personal Training is available upon request and is offered outside of class times.

If specific time is not listed, and you still wish to workout, alternate times can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Please call ahead to schedule first workout as space is limited

*Attendance notification in advance per person/per class is mandatory as space is limited
