Schedule of Classes

WOD CLASSES:

Monday-730; 830am; then 4:30; 5:30; 6:30PM
Tuesday- 730; 830; 930am then 5:30pm
Wednesday- 730; 830am then 4 and 5pm
Thursday - 730; 830; 930am then 5 and 6pm
Friday: 730; 830am  Closed in evening

Saturday WOD classes: 8am on the beach

On-Ramp: reserved for Saturdays from 10am-11:30am

Sunday: closed

Personal Training is available upon request and is offered outside of WOD class times.

If specific time is not listed, and you still wish to workout, alternate times can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Please call ahead to schedule first workout as space is limited

*Attendance notification in advance per person/per class is mandatory as space is limited
